This introductory course is perfect for any beginner looking to start training but are not quite sure where to begin. This introductory offer is perfect for giving you all you need to start off, so you can continue training long after your 6 weeks of classes with everything you need. (Please note that our Saturday group train outdoors in the local Gloucester Park) Our 2023* introductory offer includes the following: Joining Fee Training Suit and White Belt Membership to Budo Warrior Schools 6 weeks of lessons all 1.5hours long ** Usually over £130 ** The 6 week course will cover all you need to join the class with confidence and start your Budo journey. Learning all the basic skills of our art in a friendly and supportive environment. At the end of the course you can continue at the same day and time and just pay monthly for your sessions. Days and Times that are options when you book on for this offer: Mondays 7pm - 8:30pm Thursdays 7pm - 8:30pm Both of the above take place in Montpellier Hall, Gloucester, GL1 1LF and Saturdays 11am - 12:30pm (This class is taught outdoors in Gloucester park by the bandstand) Our style is a traditional Japanese system, but with highly qualified instructor Marc Moor teaching it has a much more modern feel to aspects of the class. We train everything from empty hand techniques to traditional weapons like Bo Staff or Bokken (Wooden sword) We teach modern day self defence as well as a traditional Japanese art. All our classes are tailored to fit the individual and their abilities, so no matter your age, fitness level or experience you can enjoy training with us at your own pace. We also host a series of events throughout the year for our students to attend, from camping events to seminars and even some Japanese themed days filled with delicious foods and drinks to try. We are a family run dojo, in the heart of Gloucester since 1999. The instructors Marc and Sinead regularly travel to Japan to study directly under our Grandmaster and high level Japanese instructors.
